Sonorex® rock wool trapezoid blocks
To seal gaps in the roof sheet.
The Sonorex® rock wool trapezoid block is an uncoated rock wool insulation block (firewall) and seals the space between the underside of the steel roof sheet and the underlying structure. The Sonorex® rock wool trapezoid block is supplied as standard in a large corrugated version for connection to the underside of the steel sheet. The Sonorex® rock wool trapezoid block fulfils the requirements of the Euro Fire Class A1 according to NEN-EN 13501-1.

Because we produce the Sonorex® rock wool trapezoid blocks in-house, we can also customise them for you. We can supply different dimensions and/or profiles and treatments (for example sealed-in), as well as delivery time and prices, on request.
PE filler blocks
Trapezoid blocks are also available in a PE version in white or anthracite colours. These filler blocks have an aesthetic value and do not meet the requirements of the Euro Fire Class A1.

Sonorex® Flute fillers.
The Sonorex® Flute fillers can be supplied in Glass wool and rock wool. They are used to fill small and/or large perfo corrugated steel sheets and improve the sound absorption of perforated steel roofs. Sonorex® Flute fillers are also available in an acoustically open black PE foil. They can be processed quickly and economically due to their length of 1,200mm.
